In this course, the agent must go through a self discovery analysis, set up realistic goals, select a defined marketing path, and understand the fundamentals of Real Estate; the importance of a well built Database, the knowledge of their farming area and come up with a value proposition. It is a MUST for all agents that want to be successful to go through this process and create a clear and focused plan for their business that adapts to his or her own reality and expectations.
As you complete this course and have selected a marketing path to follow given your specific situation and expectations, there will be a a scheduled meeting with the Training Counselor to be able to guide you through the next phase.
